Technology

The process of onboarding new employees, tracking paid time-off, managing payroll and conducting annual benefits enrollments is complicated and time consuming for any employer. OneDigital recently partnered with Zenefits to give employers the ability to manage employee’s time entry, attendance, compliance, onboarding and payroll. Zenefits is a best in class HRIS software platform built for small to mid-sized employers that solves all of these employee engagement issues in one place with a single point of entry. OneDigital has over 6000 customers on this platform and over 100 employees dedicated to its implementation and ongoing service.

Human Resources

Finally, OneDigital provides a variety of HR consulting services to our customers. Our capabilities can range from a la carte projects to a full-fledged team strategizing and maintaining your HR needs. Project work can include things like compensation studies, HR hotlines and compliance training, to name a few. Whatever HR issues a client is facing, OneDigital can help.
