Regarding employer-paid benefits, we pay for identity theft protection, accident insurance, life insurance, disability, travel assistance, will prep and more. And if you’re enrolled in our HDHP plan with Aetna, we provide HSA subsidies that go toward eligible medical expenses.
Total Rewards Unseen
OneDigital created additional programs and perks to add a unique touch to Total Rewards. Paid time off is important in order to recharge, and you’re either given an allotted amount of time as an hourly employee or receive the “take it as you need it” policy as a salaried employee. The national G.I.V.E. program matches employee donations to charitable organizations. Last year, we matched over $26,000. We also have many partnerships that provide discounted merchandise, plans and programs that are either a part of our medical plans or just a fun perk for being an employee. And we can't forget about our giveaways, team building events and celebrations throughout the year.
