This year made the third consecutive year OneDigital has received this honor. The Best and Brightest Companies calls out exceptional businesses across the nation to celebrate their commitment to progress, ingenuity and building stronger communities. Over 48,837 metro workers participated in the survey conducted by a third-party employee research and consulting firm.

This is the second consecutive year that OneDigital Hartford has made this list as recognized by several local news outlets. The program was created to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Connecticut, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses. OneDigital received special recognition for its response to the convergence of broker consolidation, digitalization and an increase of millennials in the workplace, staking our claim as “the new generation in health and benefits.”

This remarkable achievement is based solely on a scientific employee survey process conducted by Energage. It focuses on key factors such as, where the company is headed, its values and cooperation (called alignment) and where employees feel that they are appreciated and their work is meaningful. Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Companies in America
We are proud to celebrate our 13th consecutive appearance on the annual Inc. 5000 List, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing companies. OneDigital secured its spot by maintaining a record financial performance year-over-year—a testament to its continued expansion nationwide. With strong organic growth, twenty-eight acquisitions in 2018 and another 13 year-to-date, OneDigital has grown its total revenue by a factor of 27X since its inaugural appearance on the Inc. 5000 list in 2007. The consecutive appearance on the list is consequential; less than one percent of companies ever featured on the list have gained thirteen-time honoree status and OneDigital is one of only 12 companies to do so.
Business Insurance Top 100 Brokers List
This is OneDigital's third consecutive year being recognized and the ranking reflects the organization's rapid expansion driven by meaningful organic growth and acquisition activity. The jump in ranking from 25th to 18th speaks to the momentum in both OneDigital’s acquisitive and organic growth. Business Insurance reported OneDigital experienced a 65.5 percent increase in brokerage revenue year over year, the second-highest of the 100 brokers who received the accolade. The firm is experiencing an acceleration of acquisitions due in large part to the unique mix of culture, market segmentation, and cost advantage in the delivery of advisory services.
