We just renewed our contracts with Susan Galvin for our medical insurances (we did the dental back in December and will be looking at LTD in the coming months).
I wanted you to know that she has been instrumental in keeping our account with One Digital.
I get calls ALL the time from brokers looking to "save me money" and give me "better services" with other insurers. With Susan, I get my renewals early enough to actually hold an open enrollment for more than 1 week. She's thorough with reviewing renewals- like any changes and if there are changes- an explanation for why. Also, she is a great help with the team in the Maryland office.
She recently went above and beyond when she arranged for us to meet with some Medicare people from Tufts. Some of my population will be reaching 65 this year and a few more next year and had some questions about healthcare at that point. The meeting was a big success. Some of the owners were very happy with what they learned. I grabbed a little knowledge myself.
Her response time is terrific. She's very pleasant to work with. She's become so familiar with my company and how it works that she's right on top of letting me know when there is a webinar or any new tools that might be helpful to me. She's good at what she does and she has my trust and faith that she can get us what we need, when we need it.
When one of your employees is doing an excellent job and a client is happy I think you should know about it. So.....here I am letting you know about it.
