I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate my relationship with Sharon and the over-the-top service she gives.
It’s been a year of many changes in our organization and Sharon has successfully guided us through it by providing wise counsel and personal support.
Back in June, we sold off one of our subsidiaries which took the bulk of our employee population away. She assisted the new owners in making sure these employees saw a seamless transition in their benefit plans, and did it all in an amazingly short period of time.
Now that the remaining employee count has fallen below 20, we’ve been facing a new set of challenges. Sharon has, once again, stepped up and led us through a successful renewal for 2019. Our employees are very happy with our benefit plans.
I realize we are a very small fish in a very large pond, however, Sharon always makes us feel like we’re her #1 client.
