Our transition to OneDigital was anything but smooth in the beginning. We thought we'd be working entirely with Zenefits (as I had done in the past with my previous company before Zenefits partnered with outside brokers.)
Admittedly, when we were assigned to Theresa, who was new to Zenefits herself, I wasn't particularly hopeful things would get any easier. Theresa has patiently, effectively, and efficiently walked us through it all! She has been absolutely amazing to work with! In my 15+ years working in HR, she is by far THE best benefits consultant I have ever had the pleasure and luck to work with!
She is an amazing communicator, extremely responsive, quick to answer questions, always keeping me informed of details, changes, and progress. She has lightning-fast turnarounds and genuinely cares about taking care of our company and employee. She is thorough in her research and problem-solving. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience. And best of all, she is relatable and speaks in applicable terms that make sense to me and our employees! She isn't condescending or annoyed when I ask seemingly obvious questions. She is an absolute delight to work with and learn from.
I was so impressed that despite our regular email and phone correspondence, she still took the time to drive out to meet me at my office just to have the chance to meet face to face and talk in person. I have NEVER had a benefits rep (outside of sales) do this EVER! I have nothing but positive things to say about Theresa. She is a gem and I wanted to make sure you and your team know how amazing she is and appreciate her as much as we do!
