Thanks to John Jaeger and his amazing staff for getting me to the first day of open enrollment! In our first meeting, I was not kidding when I said that my knowledge about insurance was very little. That is no longer the case!
John has been informative, patient, supportive and just plain nice to have as a teammate. The materials created by Cindy, the presentations by Elvia and the PlanSource site created by Brian have educated me and, more importantly, our staff. I know our staff is utilizing this information because the questions have been streaming in AND John and team have been helping me answer them in a timely and accurate manner!
