Thanks for reaching out, I'm so glad you asked! I don't know who Faith Hites' supervisor/manager/boss is, so I will tell you that she is the absolute best - a true rockstar. I ask her a million (literally) really annoying and complex questions multiple times a day and she never acts annoyed; instead, she goes above and beyond to get me answers that I know aren't probably even in the realm of her responsibility.
She's also come out to our office and given some open enrollment education for our team who is younger and can be somewhat entitled, and also full of firing squad style questions and she handled all of that with ease and came super prepared with answers for everything. She gave all of our employees peace of mind when it came to some plan changes which lessened the stress on me which I really appreciated as the only HR person for about 95 people.
She also often has an out of office up because she's meeting with clients - and STILL always replies the same day very quickly to me...it's just beyond impressive. She is clearly an expert at what she does, and I'm scared she's going to get promoted and leave me soon, but I also think no one deserves a huge raise and promotion more than her!
