Exceptional Customer Care from Phoebe!

I work for a start up in San Francisco and am heading up our open enrollment for the first time. When I called OneDigital completely stressed and confused, Phoebe is the one who assisted me.

When I tell you she made all the difference I am not overstating. I started off not even knowing if I wanted my company to stay with Zenefits/OneDigital but after the exceptional customer care that I received from Phoebe and the renewals team, I could not imagine going anywhere else.

Not only did Phoebe take the time to explain each of our options in a clear and concise manner, but gave recommendations that I would have never thought of. Phoebe and team are insightful, take wonderful initiative and made a process that I was absolutely dreading into the most pleasant experience.
