Employee Benefits Firm Recognized as One of Best Companies to Work For
DALLAS, TX – August 23, 2019 – The Dallas operation of OneDigital Health and Benefits, the nation’s largest company focused exclusively on employee benefits and HR, has been named a “2019 Best Places to Work” by the Dallas Business Journal. The program was created to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in North Dallas, benefiting the state's economy, workforce and businesses. Winners will be recognized at an awards dinner at the Gilley’s Dallas on Thursday, October 24, 2019.
Led by Managing Principals Jonathan Reaves and Brad McEowen, OneDigital Dallas became part of the OneDigital team when the office was acquired in April of 2018. In addition to this accolade, other OneDigital offices have received the Best Places to Work award, including Atlanta, Richmond, San Francisco, Southern California and Hartford.

The Best Places to Work awards program consist of employees completing a questionnaire created by Quantum Workplace, an employee engagement software. All Best Places to Work winners are determined exclusively on the basis of their employees' responses to the Best Places to Work Survey. Employee responses from the 30 standard survey questions, along with the number of employees that respond to the survey, are calculated to determine the company's overall score and ranking.
