Prestigious Award Recognizes Blair’s Commitment to Innovation

Atlanta, GA – September 16, 2019Greg Blair, Chief Information Officer for OneDigital Health and Benefits, the nation’s largest company focused solely on employee benefits and human resources, has been named a finalist for the Georgia Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Year ORBIE® Award. The award honors chief information officers who have demonstrated excellence in technology leadership.

Blair joined the OneDigital leadership team in April 2017, to help guide OneDigital through increased technology and business demands. Under his leadership, the organization has converted the technology of nearly 70 companies that have joined OneDigital in the same period and made tremendous improvements towards cloud-based platforms. Similarly, Blair and his team increased the ability of OneDigital’s existing Customer Relationship Management systems to allow for workflow automation, custom reporting and enhanced data security across the company.

This recognition speaks as a testament to the incredible growth of OneDigital and the amazing team we have put together. It’s exciting to look back on all that was accomplished, and I look forward to bringing OneDigital to the next level through technology innovation. Recently, the technology team and I have been focused on improving IT operations, including moving Mission-Critical Systems to the cloud drastically increasing our ability to scale and support a user base that has more than doubled in the past 2.5 years. We are also leveraging leading-edge solutions to apply technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to our environment working to create a seamless experience for our customers and improve efficiencies internally.
