ATLANTA, GA – April 4, 2024 – OneDigital, the nation’s leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, has acquired JMA Human Resource Management (JMA), a professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources firm in San Mateo, CA. California represents one of OneDigital’s largest markets with 17 offices servicing over 10,000 clients. This and future acquisitions are needed to expand servicing capacity as the OneDigital Resourcing Edge PEO practice has approached a 25% organic growth rate.
JMA Human Resource Management specializes in comprehensive, personalized HR services primarily for the healthcare industry. Their addition expands the OneDigital Resourcing Edge PEO solution portfolio to the California area, and significantly expands the solution within the west region, following the recent acquisition of Creative Business Resources in Arizona. Judy Madrigal owned the company since 1991 and has successfully helped clients to navigate California’s complex employment regulations. Judy and eight employees have joined the OneDigital team and will continue to personally service their client accounts.
