“Many Voices, OneDigital” 2021 Report Highlights Company Progress on Pledges to DEI&B
ATLANTA, GA – August 11, 2022 – OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, has released its annual Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) report, “Many Voices, OneDigital.” The report provides progress data on the company’s commitment to cultivating and preserving a culture that celebrates diversity and insists on equity and inclusion. Through strategic pledges across multiple business areas, including learning and coaching, assessment and transparency, recruiting and social responsibility, the report illustrates how OneDigital is strengthening its culture of allyship and belonging, building a more diverse team, and it examines opportunities for improvement.
No company, including OneDigital, is immune from the challenges of racial bias, social injustice, accessibility gaps and gender inequalities. But we are committed to doing what is right by continuing to listen, learn, move our conversations to action and measure our progress, ensuring that OneDigital is a place where everyone can be themselves.

In 2021, OneDigital advanced several key DEI&B initiatives in key areas, including:
Recruiting and Hiring
Developed the OneDigital Commitment to Diversity Agreement for recruiters, with 100% of external partners complying.
Inclusion and Belonging
Rated above industry benchmark for employee engagement data in overall employee engagement (84% favorable) and the belief that DEI&B is valued at OneDigital (87% positive).
Assessment and Transparency
Continued to improve diversity demographics at all employment levels, including a +10.7% increase in Black/African American field leaders, a 4.6% increase in Black/African American corporate leaders, and a +100% increase in leaders identifying as Asian and two or more races.
Learning and Coaching
Launched a DEI&B Foundations training program and had 100% employee completion rates for Unconscious Bias and Sexual Harassment training.
Social Responsibility and Giving
Raised over $225,000 nationwide through the OneDigital Dash program, with 50% of proceeds benefiting DEI&B 501(c)3 organizations.
The report also details OneDigital’s efforts to continue to embed DEI&B considerations into all business strategies in 2022 and beyond. A few areas of future impact include
- Through our M&A efforts, onboard ten minority-owned firms by the end of 2023
- Develop formal national partnerships with national DEI&B-focused organizations
