According to recent data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nearly three-quarters of American adults report symptoms of mental stress. Add on the strains of a global pandemic and new remote working conditions, and you have a society that is burned out, stressed out, and lacking the support needed to combat mental health issues.
