OneDigital recognized by employees for commitment to work-life balance and diversity and inclusion

ATLANTA, GA — January 11, 2023 — OneDigital, the nation’s leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, has been awarded a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award for Best Places to Work in 2023, ranking 30th out of 100 in the large company category. Unlike other workplace awards, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award is based solely on the input of employees, who voluntarily and anonymously complete a company review about their job, work environment and employer on Glassdoor, the worldwide leader on insights about jobs and companies. OneDigital represents the only insurance brokerage, and retirement plan advisory firm to make this year’s list.

OneDigital is honored to be named one of Glassdoor's Best Places to Work in 2023. This award is a reflection of the overwhelmingly positive feedback that came directly from the people who make our people-first and high-performance culture thrive. It is further proof that we are fulfilling our promise of a career where everyone is supported to grow, to achieve their highest potential and where you can do your best work and live your best life.

Elizabeth Chrane, Chief People Officer, OneDigital

This is OneDigital’s first time appearing on the coveted list, ranking #30 in the large employer category. OneDigital employees recognized the firm for having strong work-life balance, leadership, and on its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work winners were determined using company reviews shared by U.S.-based employees between October 19, 2021, and October 17, 2022. During the year-long eligibility period, employers considered for the large list must have received at least 75 ratings for each of Glassdoor’s nine workplace attributes (overall company rating, career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, diversity and inclusion, senior management, work-life balance, recommend to a friend and six-month business outlook). The final list is compiled using Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, led by its Economic Research Team, and considers quantity, quality and consistency of reviews. Complete awards methodology can be found here.
