Blaising brings extensive experience to the OneDigital team, holding significant leadership positions across her 20-year career. Most recently, Blaising served as Managing Principal for OneDigital’s Atlanta office, leading the operations and strategy for the 130-person team. She joined OneDigital as a result of the acquisition of Northwestern Benefit, a premier independent benefits agency, where she served in a variety of roles over her 15-year tenure, including Chief Operating Officer at the time of their acquisition. In addition to her contributions to the OneDigital senior leadership team, Blaising will continue to provide strategic support to key customers in the Atlanta market along with Senior Managing Principal David Asbury and members of the local OneDigital team.
