We're a Big Business with a Local Touch

August 7, 2017

Unless you’ve been working from under a rock the past year, there’s no way you could have missed how OneDigital has taken our industry completely by storm. From our recognition as one of the Fastest Growing Companies in America (eleven years in a row) to being listed as one of the Best Places to Work in Insurance, we are undoubtedly making our mark as a competitive force on a national level. We’ve reached almost a thousand employees in over 37 offices— increasing both clientele and revenue. Now, that’s impressive!

Our President and CEO, Adam, mentioned in our last issue of Fresh Thinking, every merger or acquisition is a partnership for us—a chance to help OneDigital blossom into the champion company our clients deserve. Even better, we’re constantly increasing our talent pool with some of the best in the industry. And with all the added talent, we’re more than equipped to take our services to new heights and new locations.

We’ve worked tirelessly to achieve our level of success, however, as we continue to grow, we’re equally striving to not lose sight of the passion and commitment that helped propel us to this point. That means remembering that, yes; we are a bigger business now, with tons of national resources to offer our clients. But, we’re also still the same warm-welcoming, local neighborhood benefits advisors we were in the beginning.

It all boils down to preserving that personal touch our clients have come to expect.  So, in the end, no matter how large we grow, it’s still about taking pride in your office by doing your part—remember this is YOUR town. And like our value driver says, be “personal.”  It’s up to you and your individual offices to branch out into your communities to remind the people that we’re still a local business invested in connecting with our neighbors on a daily basis. Show them that OneDigital isn’t so far removed they’re afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. If our involvement helps the community thrive, we say bring it on! Because, at the end of the day, the services we provide directly impacts those in our very own backyard.
