OneDigital Summer Conference Recap

With over 600 attendees, OneDigital stole the summer with its annual Retention and Growth Summit in Atlanta, GA. With a theme driving home the Power of You, everyone brought nothing but their best to make the most out of our exciting and informative three-day conference.

Bill Carew, Adam Bruckman & Mike Sullivan We kicked off the week with an informative and inspiring Town Hall hosted by Adam Bruckman along with Mike Sullivan and Bill Carew. The company update gave us a full understanding of the reasoning behind all our strategic moves and how it will impact us for the future. The remainder of the conference included an internal and external marketplace, valuable breakout sessions and influential guest speakers.

We launched two essential playbooks at conference. Our Communication team collaborated with Client Services Leaders to produce the Client Services Playbook which features foundational best practices, advice from leaders, success stories and interactive worksheets. Our Marketing team worked hard to introduce the Solutions Playbook which houses the necessary information you need to understand all the benefits of OneDigital’s Client Solutions. We look forward to providing more versions and continued updates in the future.

To celebrate our OneDigital champions, we hosted an ESSPY (Excellence in Specialized Service Performance Yearly) awards night. With a stunning sea of employees dressed in black and eye-catching red, a self-serve candy bar, a giant glitter ESSPY photo backdrop, and some humorous spoof videos and karaoke, this night was suited for our legendary OneDigital athletes. Congratulations to all of our ESSPY Award nominations and winners!

Once the hustle and bustle of conference is over, everyone works diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything is available on our intranet, DISH. Even if you weren’t in attendance, we still want you to have access to the presentations, recaps, photos and some other fun surprises from each day. Enjoy the entertainment, guest speakers available to every OneDigital employee!
