OneDigital is always striving to build a business model and culture of success across the country. It’s the collective efforts of our entire organization that have provided clients with a service that is best-in-class. Pair that with a strong focus on culture to make OneDigital a better place to work every day, and you have a winning formula.

Since the start of the year, we have been fortunate to receive awards in multiple areas of our business. We’re only five months into the year, and we’ve already been recognized by nine separate organizations.

Industry Awards

Employee Benefit Adviser placed us at 13 among the Top 50 Benefit Brokerages in a Large Group Market. This ranking highlights the organization’s rapid expansion and increasing growth over a four-year period. “Only a small fraction of the nation's companies have demonstrated such remarkably consistent high growth,” says Adam Bruckman, President and CEO of OneDigital. “This ranking validates our operational alignment and relentless commitment to drive results for our clients.”

We are no stranger to the ACG Georgia Fast 40, and we’re happy to accept this honor again in 2018. This is the third time we have been listed, and we couldn’t be more proud of this achievement. “The companies being honored this year exemplify ACG’s focus on driving middle-market growth and demonstrate the strength and significance of this sector in Georgia,” said Melanie Brandt, Executive Director of ACG Atlanta.

Most recently, OneDigital was listed 7^th to the Top Benefits Consulting Firms by San Francisco Times. “We thrive on building an innovative approach while putting our people first,” says Jeff Fallick, Managing Principal of OneDigital Northern California. “As a result, the entire team is invested in the strategic growth and success of the company. We are honored to be named on this list, and it gives us a chance to reflect on the last year, validating our hard work and emphasis we place on exemplary client service.”
