2019 Is the Year We DEFY GRAVITY

Just a few short weeks ago, we wrapped up yet another successful Growth Summit in Atlanta, Georgia. With our numbers steadily increasing, this marked a milestone turnout for our January sales conference, reaching well over 400 attendees.

This year’s theme challenged everyone to Defy Gravity as we fully prepare to adopt our new sales approach, the Challenger Method. And it wasn’t just our sales approach that was new this year. For the first time, our attendees were able to hand-pick their breakout sessions, earning them credit toward specific certifications in Workday. With over 50 general and breakout sessions, facilitated by some of our very own industry leaders, it is safe to say that this was nothing short of an exciting and informative three-day conference.

Kicking us off, was our President and CEO, Adam Bruckman, leading us into Town Hall. There, he provided great insight and perspective on how far we’ve come as a company and the direction we’re headed for 2019. What we have in store for the year ahead will surely align us as a leading force in the industry.

We were also proud to have welcomed back a familiar face, and dear friend of the company, John O’Leary, as our keynote speaker. If you haven’t yet had a chance to watch the 2019 Town Hall, it is now available on DISH. The remainder of the conference included an internal and external networking village, valuable breakout sessions and influential guest speakers.

Also, new to this year’s conference was the CRM (Sales) Solutions Playbook, a great resource for our OneDigital producers. This new tool, introduced by our Training and Development team, provides you with the know-how to handle anything from basic account lead features to complex maintenance functionalities. In addition, the Marketing team re-released the 2019 Solutions Playbook with updates to include the latest benefits of OneDigital’s Client Solutions.

The fun continued as we celebrated our OneDigital standouts from 2018 at our A Night With Our Stars awards ceremony, hosted by our own Lily Lam and Mary Landen. Embracing our new regional structure, this year’s awards night featured a new award, the Regional Breakthrough Award. This honor recognized the stellar performance of one standout colleague from each region. Congratulations to all of our STARS who took home an award. And a special congratulations to our Office of the Year winner, Minnesota!
