I received a call from Yolanda Henry in your Customer Advocate Center this morning. Our insurance provider HAS PAID my wife’s outstanding dental claim from 2015! Thank you for your help, and thanks to Yolanda. I told her myself, but I also want you to know how pleasant and helpful Yolanda was EVERY time I spoke with her about this situation – for the past 22 months. She did a great job.
