3 L e a d e r s h i p P E R S P E C T I V E As we embark on a new year and this next phase of the OneDigital journey, I am excited to share my leadership perspective on what makes us special as a company and how I believe we need to evolve as an organization. Let me start by stating the obvious: we are all part of a very special company. We are relentlessly committed to bringing in those who share our values and approach to doing business the right way. This commitment is incredibly powerful because it allows us to become better, smarter and stronger with every acquisition and new hire we make. This is what sets OneDigital apart from our competitors and we should never take that for granted. Looking ahead, our plan is to build on this foundation by maintaining the same rate of growth and basic strategies that have driven our success for many years. Organic growth + new partnerships + acquisitions equals a winning formula that has worked well for us in the past and will continue to serve us well into the future. In addition, our leadership group has committed to the following operating principles that will help us execute on the key elements of our growth plan: 1 . O W N E R S H I P & R O L E C L A R I T Y We will clearly communicate a single point of ownership for all key responsibilities. We will ensure all team members have crystal clarity on their role and expectations. 2 . F O C U S & P U R P O S E F U L P L A N N I N G We will stay focused on our #1 Priority Initiatives and say "no" to competing, lesser priorities. We will pursue priorities according to a purposeful plan of action that is widely shared and communicated. 3 . A C C O U N T A B I L I T Y We will maintain a disciplined Operational Review process to provide consistency and accountability for leaders at all levels. We will maintain and share a real-time "scoreboard" that measures progress toward goals. 4 . S E R V I C E F I R S T We will maintain a service-first approach to supporting business leaders and their teams to help achieve their goals. 5 . A C T I O N We will be decisive in our decision making and maintain a strong bias toward action to move the business forward. The bigger we become, the more important it is that we stay connected. We are working hard to expand our communication to promote collaboration and alignment among teams and to help all of us remain focused and up-to-date on key priorities. Personally, I am really excited about the road ahead, and I am incredibly proud and grateful to be part of such a terrific and winning team. Here's to a happy and prosperous 2018!
