Happy New Year, OneDigital family! In this issue, we are focused
on being accountable for the goals we have set. In an effort to
communicate the strategy of each department, we soon realized
that a bulleted list of goals will not provide the kind of detailed,
quality information we want to provide.
Several divisions and departments at OneDigital were charged
with the task of sharing their big initiative for 2018. It was
exciting for us to find many projects in the pipeline that go
beyond our company goals (retention, organic growth, new sales
revenue, etc.) and have more of a direct impact on the employee
experience within the organization. Combine that with some new
elements on marketing campaigns and M&A's geographic
expansion, and you'll find that OneDigital is bound to have another
year of outstanding growth.
