It just takes a minute to make someone's day!
Give A Wow was launched on February 7, 2014 giving any
Digital employee the opportunity to publicly recognize someone
for upholding one of our seven guiding principles or to say happy
birthday, happy anniversary or just to say thanks. When I tell
people about it, I hear, "Wow! That's a really cool program."
So how is the program doing? Well, we've received nearly
4,000 recognitions since its inception. We've received nearly
500 e-cards. Wow! Those are great numbers and show that
recognition—one of the principles in the DI Way— is alive and
well across the company.
It could be even better though!
Digging deeper into the numbers, and you'll see more than
200 employees have not sent one Wow and about 100 have
not received one Wow.
We are a company that cares. We care about our clients.
We care about our community. We care about each other.
