O C T O B E R 2 0 1 4 P R E S I D E N T ' S P E R S P E C T I V E : Hi everyone, Welcome to another edition of DImentions, our team member newsletter that focuses on our people, teams, work, celebrations, culture, achievements and accolades. It's been a great year marked by important progress and a renewed vigor on culture, operating and aligning as a single company and continued strategic growth. We're making great strides on all fronts. I am pleased to share that we have earned the distinction of being named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies again this year. Few companies have achieved our rapid growth, and no other employee benefits-only firm has made the list for eight consecutive years, placing Digital on Inc. Magazine's "Honor Role." That's impressive, and I thank all of you for making it happen. We began this year with aggressive organic growth goals. Organic growth is an important indicator of a healthy company. It is a delicate balancing act — we have to hold on to our existing customers while continuing to bring in new ones. I'm hopeful that when the dust settles at the end of 2014, we will hit our double-digit organic growth goal. We are having the best sales year in our history, but we're still seeing more customers leave than we'd like. I know everyone is working hard to earn customer loyalty. Our continued growth is attributed to our customer focus and ability to articulate the "Digital Difference" to both our clients and prospects. Over 78 percent of you responded to the employee engagement survey, which is a truly phenomenal statistic. Hopefully, your insights will pinpoint areas of opportunity to help us gauge where we need to focus efforts and make improvements. Thank you for providing candid comments and suggestions and for trusting us to act on them where we are able. Together, we have made tremendous progress against our growth, culture, customer and team member goals. We're set to close 2014 as a much stronger company than we began the year. We have executed well on our strategic growth objectives; we've welcomed great teams and talent to the Digital family; we're tearing down silos to collaborate and rally around customers with a "One Digital" mantra; and we've kept a strong focus on our culture as we continue to embrace and live the DI Way.
