So far, we have discovered the voice of lost customers, we have started our biggest technology shift to D365, we have integrated a new approach to the way we talk to clients, and we have invested additional resources into a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Today, the voice of the customer project is guiding our next steps as we work to remove "green to gone" from our vocabulary. The way we track data in the new D365 (coming in Q1) will give us customer insights we never had through our own benchmarking. Challenger has proven its staying power through real-life success stories. And, employee resource groups and culture initiatives are here to encourage engagement and total wellbeing. Although we are on a strong and solid path to improvement, it's no time to rest on our laurels. There are plenty of months left in the year, and it's time we focus our energy on the positive outcomes we see for 2019. Good luck to all of you as you navigate a successful road ahead.
