Coming off the heels of an impactful Town Hall, there are many new initiatives and directions this company is taking in 2019. Each one is set out to ensure we sustain our growth, increase our retention and improve upon areas that already make us a best place to work. This issue has a lot of exciting features that we don't want handed to the outside world (i.e. The Challenger Sale strategy). So, while we enjoy promoting our internal communications regularly, we prefer to keep this edition under lock and key. On a personal note, by the time you receive this publication, I'll be enjoying OneDigital's maternity leave as I welcome and care for the newest addition to my family.
