Corporate culture contributes meaningfully to financial results, and many people do not give this fact enough attention. Let’s take a moment and go back in time to 2007. While the rest of the world was rejoicing over the release of the very first iPhone, we at OneDigital had other reasons to celebrate. INC Magazine had just launched its prestigious list of the 5000 fastest growing companies in America and we were recognized as a member of that very first group.
Fast-forward to today, and we’ve done it again! For the 11th year in a row, we’ve made the INC Magazine list of the 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America, and I couldn’t be more excited to share the news.
This type of accomplishment doesn’t just occur by chance. To even be considered for this sort of recognition, you have to have three consecutive years of year-over-year financial growth. Being able to sustain that level of success is truly remarkable. So much so, that we’re among an elite group of only 25 companies (out of 5000!!) honored with this recognition since the award’s inception. THAT'S REALLY AMAZING!
