Celebrating One Year Since Our Rebrand

August 17, 2017

It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year since we rebranded this wonderful organization that we now call OneDigital! On the one hand, it seems like just yesterday that this exciting announcement was made, but on the other hand, it feels like OneDigital has been the company’s true identity for a very long time.

What has become clear through this transition is that OneDigital was less about a new brand and more about a way of life as to who we really are.  Along with our new name, we introduced seven value drivers that reflect what we value, how we show up and how we treat our clients, partners and peers. Across the nation, these values have become a part of our conversation and our everyday lives.

When our team is #personal, they break down the corporate barrier by sharing their vulnerabilities with every encounter. As we practice #freshthinking, we address challenges head on and explore the possibilities. In our industry, our teams couldn’t be more #invested in the way they approach each interaction. And we are #relentless in our pursuit of growth, always striving to do better and be better. Our ultimate goal in applying these value drivers is to ensure peace of mind for our clients and their families.

It truly feels like we’ve always been OneDigital, a unique company that has transformed its internal mantra into an external brand and still has its best years ahead.  While I’m grateful that this new brand has helped to reposition us in the market and propelled exciting opportunities, my greatest pride is what OneDigital means within our own company and the culture we are living together.

Happy Anniversary, OneDigital!
